WANT TO HELP?
Give what our kids actually need.
Needs change from week to week, but one thing doesn’t: young people deserve to have what they need, when they need it. Here are some of the most helpful ways to support youth and young adults at LCVYRC today.
Not sure what to give? Gift cards are always a great choice. They give our team the flexibility to purchase the right size, the right item, or the groceries our kids will actually eat.

WHERE TO BRING DONATIONS
Our friends at DZ Designs help us keep The Center safe.
Donations for The Center are gratefully accepted at DZ Designs, 821 Main Street in Lewiston. Please do not bring donations directly to The Center.
Keeping our young people safe means carefully managing who has access to their space. We are incredibly grateful to DZ Designs for serving as our community donation drop-off location, making it easy for people to support our kids while helping us protect their privacy and safety.
THE VILLAGE | AGES 18–21
Help make a first home feel like home.
Young adults in The Village are beginning life in homes of their own. The right small furnishings and everyday household items can help turn an apartment into a place that feels settled, comfortable, and theirs.
A Home of Their Own
- Twin beds
- Dressers
- Nightstands
- Occasional chairs
- Loveseats
The Things That Make It Home
- Towels
- Kitchenware
- Other small, apartment-friendly household items
Please check with us before collecting or bringing Village donations. Our needs change as young adults move into their homes, and storage is limited.
Have something that might be a good fit? Text Sharessa, our Life Skills Coach, to ask about current needs and possible pickup.
THE EASIEST THING TO GIVE
Not sure what we need today? Give us the flexibility to say yes.
A grocery run. A pair of shoes. Clothes for school or work. The small things that come up unexpectedly. Your financial gift gives our team the flexibility to meet a young person’s need when it happens.
You don’t have to know exactly what a young person needs. You can help make sure we’re ready when they need it.
